RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

OVERVIEW We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process for all U.S. customers.

POLICY WINDOW

  • 30 Days: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.

ITEM CONDITION To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Original State: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Tags Attached: All original hangtags and security seals must remain attached and intact.

  • Packaging: Items should be returned in their original protective clear bags.

  • Hygiene: Items returned with scents (perfume, smoke), makeup stains, or pet hair will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

  • Free Exchanges: We offer free standard exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).

  • Different Styles: If you would like to exchange for a completely different item, please return the original for store credit and place a new order.

REFUNDS & FEES

  • Original Payment: Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

  • Return Shipping Fee: A flat-rate return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for our warehouse to inspect and process your return once it arrives.

FINAL SALE ITEMS 

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

  • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

  • Gift Cards.
